


Ocean and Above is an interactive unconventional children’s storybook (ages 6–8) created for D’Source 2023 a design competition hosted by IIT and BHU. It was awarded as a winning entry under the narrative design category,
The brief was to create a children’s book based on any SDG, and we chose SDG 14: Life Under Water.
The story follows Bholu, a bubble, as he meets sea creatures on his journey from the ocean floor to the surface. Through rhyming conversations, the book introduces kids to marine life challenges in a simple, engaging way.
